How Billing Works

Automatic Free Tier

New users automatically start on the Free plan with 1,000 events per month and 1 MCP server. No credit card required.

Usage Tracking

Your subscription usage is tracked monthly and resets on your billing date. You can monitor your current usage in the Billing Dashboard.

  • Events: Each MCP operation that gets processed and analyzed
  • API Calls: Programmatic requests to our REST API
  • Servers: Number of connected MCP servers
  • Storage: Data retention for historical analysis

Upgrade Process

  1. Go to Subscription Plans
  2. Choose your desired plan
  3. Complete secure payment via Stripe
  4. Enjoy immediate access to enhanced features

Payment & Security

All payments are securely processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never store your credit card information on our servers.

Plan Changes & Cancellation

Upgrading

You can upgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Downgrading

Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You'll retain access to your current plan's features until then.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing Dashboard. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period, then automatically move to the Free plan.

Data Retention After Downgrade

When downgrading or canceling, your data will be retained according to your new plan's limits. Older data may be archived or deleted based on retention policies.
